Receiving ACI Certification Exam Results
ACI Certification examination results are mailed to the address provided by the examinee on their answer sheet, or to Prometric Registration if the exam was taken at a Prometric Test Center, within 10 business days of receipt of the test materials at ACI. To allow for the time it takes exams to be returned to ACI from the Examiner, exam results may be expected to be received 4 to 5 weeks from the exam date.
The ACI Certified Personnel Directory search engine may be used to confirm if an individual has been certified as a result of the latest session - individual certification data is uploaded to the ACI website each evening following that day's processing. If using the ACI Certified Personnel Directory to determine if an individual has been certified, it is important to remember that the search engine will only return a list of individuals whose test information has been processed and who have been certified as a result. This information is therefore dependent on when ACI receives the exam materials from the examiner and if the individual is certified. If a name does not come up in the list, it is either because ACI has not yet received and/or processed the exam materials or the individual was not certified.
